Getting My Felt On


You heard me :) I love the felt! I love making little firm round felt beads, then I love making jewelry with them. I only learned felting this past winter, but it's been love at first warm sudsy squish.

    I too make felted beads, guess that's why I like you, use them to embelish my knitted creations, played with some earrings, but never revealed them in public.

    What's your secret for such regular, even balls, some of mine are large, some small, some lopsided, and some just right.

    Ah the perfect round felt bead. My secret is, alas, me. I am really good at making perfect globes :)

    I've never tried to felt (well, intentionally felt...I've accidentally felted some sweaters in the washing machine) and would love to try. Will you guys give me tips when I decide to take the plunge?
